@Baris Yuksel  HI! Yes it is. They have sent out a few emails with updates. All good so far. https://ready.nola.gov/inciden... are the local requirements to attend gatherings.  Many hotels have opened up their calendars in the past few days. I believe they had them blocked off for lineman and clean up crews but lots more availability now.  

@Todd Dexheimer Thank you! That was my understanding. I see that I need to start building relationships with some now in case they are needed. I will have to work on how to do that without a property for them to finance. 

@Jonathan Klemm, @George Skidis  Thank you! It is in Florida and in an area that we have been looking at for awhile. I will double check with the area about the rv pads. Other ones we looked at we were told were godfathered in, but yes ,I should definitely check with the local government offices. I appreciate all the advice!

@Kim Meredith Hampton, @Erik W., @Peter Nikic  Thank you all! We think we are very interested. It is hard to tell as there are no pictures and no way to 'drive by' as its surrounded by walls. Google earth/satellite was no help.  We do not want to waste anyones time so I will check into all these options.  I appreciate the advice!

HI! There is a property that I am very interested in and would like to view.  It has 5 housing units and some rv pads.  The owners are requiring pre-approval in order to even schedule a viewing.  I have never purchased a commercial property so I may wrong on everything but is it not a commercial property being over 4 units? And how can I get a commercial pre-approval when it is based on the property itself and I have no information about it?  Thank you in advance for all information and advice!

Hi. So we have 4 short term rentals with equity in them. Looking to do cash out refinances. Talked with a bank that said they could do that and recommended to put them in an LLC at the same time. They said that would get them off of our personal credit creating a better DTI so we can purchase more. Unfortunately, after submitting the paperwork the rep said they can't do short term rentals. I liked the idea/theory that they initially proposed and am trying to find another place to continue, if possible. What do you recommend? And TIA
