Thank you, @Matt Clark. I like the clear billing. In our experience they'll typically say something like 'completed' and nothing else.

Hi Everyone, I'd love your feedback if you have any.

After investing and running a management company in the tri-state area for 10 years we've seen a lot of lawn care vendors come and go. We finally decided to start cutting grass and light landscaping for our properties and also for other investors. I believe we do things better than most lawn care service providers because we are investors. We look at the whole exterior of the property as if it was our own, we consider ourselves as your 'eyes in the field'. We also provide before and after photos of each cut and we take pictures of any maintenance needs. Our pricing is competitive and we cover the 5 County Area (Delco, Philly, Lower Bucks, Montco and Chester County). Our core services are: Grass cuttingMulchingCleanouts

If we were to create a flyer/marketing to share with other investors, what would be some key things you'd look for in a lawn care service?

Thanks much!

Hi BiggerPockets friends! I'm expanding my portfolio in the Royersford, PA area and will end up with nearly 20 units by the end of this year. Does anyone have a recommended handyman in the area that is investor friendly? Thanks much!
