Eviction Lawyers in Philadelphia or suburbs surrounding Phila

Hello fellow RE investors, 

I have a tenant in Montgomery County outside of Philadelphia who is having trouble paying rent and wanted to see my options in using an eviction lawyer. Does anybody have experience using an eviction lawyer and know the general cost/fee structure? I greatly appreciate any comments and responses.
