Position’s Core Areas of Focus

  • Focus 1: Client and Tenant Service
  • Focus 2: Critical Issue Care
  • Focus 3: Organized Property Management
  • Focus 4: Risk Management

Position’s Day-to-day Activities

  • Point of escalation
  • Run a team of talented individuals
  • Attend court to seek judgement and possession of properties
  • Run, monitor, analyze and share all monthly reports.
  • Responsible for meeting all monthly lead measures.
  • Approve all bills in software
  • Update and maintain client and resident data in software
  • Respond to all requests within 24-hours
  • Manage lease renewals, rental licenses and L/T Process
  • Manage the initial on-boarding of new client’s portfolio(s).
  • Oversee the entire operation of the portfolio including but not limited to the financial aspect, property showings, move-ins, notices to vacate, move-outs, unit turns, daily management and inspections.

Position Success Predictors

  • MUST HAVE SENSE OF URGENCY AND NOT BE AFRAID TO PICKUP THE PHONE
  • Client retention and high-level reviews
  • De-escalation of issues and high-level problem-solving
  • An organized approach through records and reports
  • Strong relationships with vendors, partners, and other associates
