I’m looking at an 6 bdrm 3.5 bath duplex in Virginia. Ask was $200k ⬇️ to $184 currently. Needs work. Lots of cosmetic stuff + fuse box appears to be outdated (fire hazard). Question: Should hiring a home inspector be my next step before making an offer?

@Tj Hines picked up a mentor. Re-evaluated property and bought on seasoned team mates. Thanks for the inspiration! I’ll keep you posted.

Hi there. Just reaching out to see how everyone is doing. I'll see you on the 25th anyway right? Here's a couple of properties of interest right now. Let me know what you think.

1. Total gut renovation project-Brooklyn, NY

2. Investment opportunity-West Palm Beach

I'm really looking to shadow a tenured property investor (mentorship) so that I can build experience and have that strong referral when approaching would be investors about deals. I'm running into the same issue which is related to my lack of experience in the industry. Any help would be helpful. Thanks.

@Michael Ealy This is great advice. I am looking for mentorship so if you have any recommendations that would be awesome.
