- Hi there! My name is Heyward Lovett and I'm so super new and excited about the independence that awaits me as a successful property investor. So much so, that I've done the impossible and entered one of Bigger Pockets 90 Day Challenges. I'm five days into this impossibility and I decide to scour the earth (New York City), for a group of folks looking to secure their financial future, build a legacy by doing something game changing and being excited about the Brooklyn Nets! I want to meet w/you, I want to learn w/you and I want to earn w/you.
2. Here's what you can expect:
• Introduction of the model
• What's your "Why"? Why are you here? Why are you interested in rental properties investment? 30-60s
• Compile property data from specific target market to use in investor proposals
• Create schedule for weekly meet ups (on and off line)
3. Food and other refreshment items are available at your expense. Wifi is free and we'll have working air conditioning. Bring your laptop. There will be a 15 minute data collection competition that I'm certain you will win!

Hey there! I wanted to thank Doug and Greg for making it out for our first meet up. We covered everything from Airbnb to large multi unit investment properties currently producing cash flow. The next meet up will be August 25th 2019 5pm. Same location http://www.gregoryscoffee.com/ 327 Park Ave S. I may have an amazing opportunity in Newport News, Va on a 10 unit property. I just locked my pre approval letter. Waiting for go ahead. I'll update the group as new info becomes available. Also, I was made privy to an opportunity on a brownstone in Georgetown, DC 2 units (both 2bdrm, 2bath + attic apartment (haven't seen any pics yet) Owner wants to sell, husband wants to (seller financing opportunity?). Needs a little work (again, haven't seen any pics yet) All units are currently occupied. Asking price $2.8 million. I'll pop in more info as it becomes available. I hope you all are well.
