Make sure you do your due diligence before you hire GC get referrals and extreme vetting, and keep in mind that your 4 weeks expectation mite defer significantly do to pulling permits or possible rezoning. Good luck on your project

I tried it a year ago and wasn’t empress, in my opinion kinda difficult to manage and time consuming if your not tech savvy. I find that a lot of the leads are outdated, learning how to market and get leads the traditional way is a better learning experience I think

I would start with the local meet ups in that area to get familiar with other REI

I simply think the host took some extra cash for the party not realizing it would get out of control, things simply don’t add up!
