Hi my name is a Heroud and I am a second time investor my first time in realestate investing was in 2008 at the height of the Realestate bubble and it was a disaster I did everything wrong in result to me loosing it all, and  I wanna learn everything I need to learn moving forward, I'm am eager to get it right.
