Hi Heather,

I would wait after a couple to see how it goes before creating an LLC. No reason to go through the trouble just yet. Good luck on your future deals!

Sounds good, thanks for your input!

Looking to get into wholesaling. Should I create an LLC before my first deal or wait after my first couple to see if this is right for me?

Trying to get into wholesaling in Dubuque, Iowa.  Looking for an attorney and/or title company that is wholesale friendly, any suggestions?

Quote from @Jerry Puckett:

You need three people:

A seller willing to sell.

You to write contract and assignment and

A buyer who pays you a fee for taking over your interest in the contract.

Attorneys, only if your State requires one to close, but that and or the title company used can be the buyers decision and not strictly necessary.

Hope that helps

 It did help, thank you!

I am wondering who all is needed when you wholesale.  People like an attorney and so on.

Quote from @Kerry Noble Jr:

go to list source and run the report that tells you how many cash transactions are in the zip codes in your market......'

if its not that many.....its probably not a good market to wholesale in......

check for local real estate fb groups too.....

theres a video on youtube that will teach you how to find the hot zip codes in your market.....its free

Okay, I'll check it out.  Thank you!
