Thanks all for the quick replies. Josh you are doing a great job with your site - I really appreciate it.
Now that I have introduced myself, I was wondering how I can make some deals using your site? I did a quick search through the forums and did not see too many Minnesota members. Any ideas? I think it would be hard for me in my present situation to travel around the country looking for deals - although the mortgage note buying stuff sounds pretty cool!
I would love to offer advice, but I think most people here have a lot more experience than me and I am not sure what I can offer. I will do whatever I can to help others.
My goal is to quit my day job and do this full-time. All help to reach my goal is most welcome. Thanks to everyone in advance!

Hi,

I stumbled on this site and really love it. My name is Hal and I live just South of the twin cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Anyone like the cold?

I have been investing in real estate for almost 3 years now. I flipped a house as my first property, made a decent amount, and put it into a rental duplex. I now have 4 duplexes and one SFH around the twin cities that I rent out and make a little money. I also work full time as a purchasing manager for a manufacturing company so I am pretty busy (did I mention my sons play hockey?).

I love real estate investing and want to learn all I can. This site seems like the place to do it.

Thanks,
Hal
