Daria,

Full disclosure - yes! I am affiliated with this company. I'm the COO. nTrustent.com is an online auction company that auctions undervalued properties online. If you are a wholesaler or a buyer it may be to your advantage to register. Registration is free. What we are doing is facilitating investments by offering due diligence documents that investors need. Again, it's free to register as a bidder or wholesaler.

If a bidder wants to auction a property, and nTrustent accepts the assignment, nTrustent will perform the due diligence on that property and list it for auction. The due diligence documents, such as certified home inspection, property appraisal, contractor estimates, tax and insurance information, comps, etc., is then presented by nTrustent.

Additionally, nTrustent has a tool that will help buyers, and sellers too, evaluate what their ROI would be depending on price, and repair estimates. This tool is so effective that it's patent pending, unlike other tools that given away in the market

I hope this is enough information for you. Please do let me know if are interested. I know I am interested in having you look into our company and see if there is a fit.

Best wishes for continued success, and let's stay in touch.

@Nathan Bost I wish you success! Full disclosure - I work for ntrustent.com. We auction undervalued property online. We are in NC. Unlike other companies, nTrustent is free to bidders and wholesalers to register, and the company offers lots of free reports on the properties it lists such as certified home inspection, property appraisals, tax and insurance information - in short, many of the due diligence data that investors normally pay out of pocket. You may want to check it out.

Again, much success to you.

@Tim Reif Great!  Where are you looking to buy?  Please check out www.ntrustent.com. This company does the due diligence so the investor does not have to pay for reports out of pocket. It's a great value add.

There are always risks when investing in real estate but the online “Cash Now” auction house nTrustent.com helps you dramatically decrease those risks in two ways -

  1. Comprehensive Reliable Data

For each auctioned property nTrustent provides a report from a certified home inspector and repair quotes from a qualified contractor. Also included are insurance quotes, holding costs, taxes, and much more.

  1. In-depth Financial Analysis for Maximum aROI

nTrustentTMVision is a patent-pending financial tool that actually lets you visualize your risks as easily as a traffic light - green to go-for-it, yellow to proceed with caution, and red to stop you from entering a danger zone. This pro-forma model is populated with all the detailed property-specific data as mentioned above, all you do is insert YOUR numbers - cost of money, desired aROI, time in-hand, etc. - it then calculates all the variables and presents you with a visual guide to your best offer, along with the consequences of multiple alternate offers.

At nTrustent it’s FREE to be a bidder, FREE to use nTrustentTMVision, and all the researched data is provided to you for FREE!

nTrustent knows that FREE Service, Enriched Data and Analyzed Risk means Saved Time & Increased Profit for YOU!
