Hello everyone! My name is Nathan. I'm from Statesville, NC and moved to the Raleigh/Durham area originally for a job at IBM. Transitioned to Duke Health last year. 

I currently own two rental properties and I'm planning to acquire more. Also exploring wholesaling. A friend of mine told me about Bigger Pockets - like what I see so far!
