Greetings everyone!

I was introduced to bigger pockets through a network meet up. Someone claimed it was a great platform and I am totally loving the experience. I am new to real estate investing but am 100% committed to being successful. My primary interest is to start a luxury residential rehabilitation business. I am a fashion designer at heart and have had a long time interest in real estate and architecture. I know my eye for quality and detail will help me make an effective impression in a leadership position. I have strong vision and a strong will to see it come true. I want to lead interior design management for my business and create a team of players to get the job done. I am planning to attain an associates degree in architecture technology so I will be familiar with blueprint reading and writing. This skill will allow me to help my team with construction processes. I also plan to attain a residential analyst certification so I will be considered qualified to find risk free deals. I am looking to leave my 9-5 and I know real estate will be  a rewarding career. I am a team player, located in North Carolina, Piedmont triad area. Durham to be exact. I am looking for Capitol investors, an architect, a green building specialty contractor, a tax attorney, and realtor to join my team. I am looking forward to connecting with like minded individuals.
