@Ian Ippolito mentioned about this as one of his secret weapons in his blog. hopefully nhell elaborate more in the future. I'm very interested in this type of tools as it can save so much time that can be used elsewhere.

@Account Closed That bottom Tesla looks awesome.   I'd be happy with a Model 3, but no can do per the wifey.   Sticking with my old 2013 Hyundai Sonata.

I wish I had known about bigger pockets and the RE Meetups in Madison when I was there from 2008-2012 for school. Would have bought a place to hacked.

That's a good real estate broker for making 3 promotional videos.  I know what to look for in the future.  

I think Chris A. had special attention for starting this thread.  @Andrew Frishman, maybe you should start Spartan Invest Case Study 2.0.

I did some Googling on the local impact of amazon warehouses on the local economy a while back.  It didn't help much if I recall correctly.  In fact, the tax credits Amazon received from the city benefited itself more than helping the local community.  The 2nd Amazon headquarter is different however.  I think will bring tremendous growth and increase real estate value locally.  It's hard to tell how much.

I just watch a you tube video by the owner of property radar. it's pretty powerful app. it's funny how his son said it's a stalking app.
