I have a business partner that I work with. Basically I find the motivated sellers and he manages rehabs and wholesale transactions for us.

As for the Banker title, I was a mortgage broker with my own shop up until April 2007. The market didnt allow us to continue with my shop.

After recognizing a major need in the marketplace, I teamed up with a nearly Nationwide Hard Money Lender, and have been assisting investors with obtaining funding for their rehab projects.

Thanks to everyone who welcomed me, and I hope to frequent the forum more often in the near future.

I have been investing for a while, and up until now wasn't seeking more information. But in this new economy, it never hurts to brain storm different ways to make money in the new market.

So I am here primarily to see where other investors are finding success in their markets.
