The list you provided: They have clout, but do not control everything (in mu humble opinion)

The Bilderburg Group would include the board of directors of these companies you have named. Along with the people who control OPEC, transportation, other countries governments etc...

They meet in secret every year, the media is not allowed on the property that they meet at. If you show up to investigate, you will be met by security at the perimeter.

Even talking about this makes me sound like a conspiracy nutjob, but it isn't something I made up.

I will drop one link here to show you a little about the Bilderburg meeting,'s but must warn you that you can end up with a serious disgust for the reality we live in if you look too deep into this.

It depends on what you would do with the money if you sell.

The easy answer is to keep the cash flow. Cash is king! If you could do the same thing 7-10 times, you may be semi retired soon.

What do we in the USA export effectively now?

Besides troops and ammunition of course...

It is well beyond liberal vs conservative here and abroad. That is just something that can keep the masses divided, and busy pointing fingers at each other.

And by they, I mean the people who control everything. You know, the same people who always control everything, and always will.

The Bilderburg Group, Rockefellers, Rothschilds, and Kissingers of the world. Money is literally NO object.

They have been flooding money into markets, and squeezing them dry for centuries.

But I digress. Ignorance is truly bliss. I find it much easier to spend my time focused on my personal endeavors.

Why remain focused on something that is impossible to change?

This is what I would do.

Go the library, and check out a book on Sales or Persuasion.

Open the newspaper later and contact sales jobs available. If you paid attention to your sales book, you will have no problem persuading them to give you a job.

Once you have an income in sales, use your experience to hone your skills as a salesman.

Continue to study real estate as you make your money at your job. Then start trying to earn an income in spare time in real estate.

One thing you can never do is give up. That is truly the only way you can ever fail.

Richard, You owned that previous thread!

Priceless stuff toward the end too with the random people that all have 1-10 posts that came in defending it the MMA.

What a gem you dug up for us there. Thank you, now I am off to figure out how to do colleague requests.

If that is a small first mortgage, and a huge second mortgage, you may want to make this your first short sale deal.

You may have stumbled onto a payday here.

Low ball them. You are in control, and have the best position. You can afford to be picky, and they should know that!

You have the power. Good luck!

Flat fee MLS with a 3% fee to the buyers agent. An Ad on Craigslist. Signs on the major roads, sign in the yard. And if we are feeling reallly froggy, maybe an ad in the local newspaper.

While the leads you get from buyers are probably way hotter than the leads you have from motivated sellers. I will save that for another thread.
