Good morning BiggerPockets! 

My name is Matthew Hiley and I am a loan originator with Walnut Street Finance. We are a hard money lender currently lending in PA, DE, MD, DC, VA, NC, SC, and GA. We can lend up to 75% ARV on Fix and Flip loans and 70% LTV on ground-up new construction. We can close in approximately 5-7 business days. I am a hard money lender looking for a real estate appraiser who can help in two separate markets, Charlotte, NC and Virginia Beach, VA. We have been working with a national company that just works a little too slow for our needs. These appraisals will typically need to show an "As Is" value as well as an After Repair Value number. We are also looking for fairly quick turnarounds on these as sometimes we need to be able to close in a week and need a rushed appraisal.
