Atlanta GA Hard Money Loan
My name is Matthew Hiley and I am a hard money lender with Walnut Street Finance. Just wanted to connect with investors in and around Atlanta, GA who are looking for Fix and Flip or New Construction hard money loans. Currently working with a handful of borrowers in the area and hoping to make more connections through BP to find other investors who I can help finance their deals they are actively pursuing. We can lend up to 75% ARV on Fix and Flip and 70% on New Construction. We also have loans for buy and hold investors or a bridge loan to help investors bridge the gap from one project to the next.
