Multiple Credit Pulls
I know that multiple credit pulls impact your credit score. How do you get around that with talking to multiple lenders? I have 2 lenders that I work with regularly but looking at a 5 flex for the first time and may need to branch out.

Quote from @Greg Downey:
You should not be letting multiple people pull your credit. Decide which one you want to go with and let them pull it. OR you can work with a mortgage broker, they can pull it and use that for multiple different lenders.
I believe that there is supposed to be a consumer protection that accounts for multiple credit pulls within a 30-day period and only counts that as one...I certainly wouldn't do that with my credit though.
Its 45 days, not 30 days and its not a consumer protection thingy although it is a discussion point on the CFPB website.
When shopping for a mortgage, you should go to as many lenders or brokers as necessary to get the best program (not always the best rate) available to you for your situation. All that said, you can have your credit pulled a hundred times and it counts as one pull as long as it was all within a 45 day window. I would most certainly do that for my credit and financial well being.
