@Eric Chase

I've heard good things about Rolando at Cornerstone Real Estate Inspectors. They do inspections for investors for $275 up to 2500sqft.

Hey all, I'm helping a friend with his rehab project on one of his investment homes and I'm looking for some contractors that will put up drywall on the 2nd floor of his house. I believe it's something that could be done in less than 1 day by someone experienced with drywall. We already have the drywall on site, and would need this done sometime in the middle of next week. Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Thanks

@John Warren Yeah I work in San Antonio, I am currently working on my first flip so I won't be needing a portfolio lender anytime soon lol, but I am an agent and I work with investors that would benefit from looking into that option, so I'm just trying to get a handle on what that process looks like. Thanks!

Hey @Marcus Nickson, go to some REI events in your area and talk to investors, anyone doing flips may be interested in working with you if you can offer less than 6% commission. I've seen a lot of listing agents do 4%, where they receive 1% and the buyer's agent receives 3%. It's not ideal, but in the end it's a lot easier to sell an investor's remodeled house than the average person's used/worn down house.

Good luck,

Hans

I've just recently started dealing with selling lots, but most of my experience is in selling houses for flips or BRRR. When I market a lot or set of lots to builders, what information can I have ready for you to make your decision process easier? Of course I will have zoning information ready, but what about pricing info for houses that are built on similarly sized lots in the area? Just want to gauge how much time and research to put into this.

Thanks
