Post: Visiting Phoenix

Hello AZ entrepreneurs.  My name is Craig, I am visiting the Phoenix area over the next week and was wondering if anyone has any projects going on that I can come check out.  I invest and develop in the Northeast but am always looking to expand.  My involvement in the area would be more along the lines of hard money lending because I live in the Northeast but, would like to make frequent trips down to this sunshine.

If anyone wants to talk shop or possibly show off the progress they are making in a recent flip, cash flow property, development, etc.

Enjoy the day and the weather as it is 42 degrees back in NY.

@Jeff J.

I just purchased a SFH in which the lady smoked in for probably 30 years. Used Bullseye Primer (2 coats) which got rid of the nicotine stains but, the smell was still there. Removed all carpet and underlayment. Smell was still there. Went to the grocery store and found this product and decided to give it a shot. My partner was amazed that the smell was gone.

It is worth a try, cost me $2 for enough to spread throughout the house (1,200 sqft).

Esra, I am a current property owner in Willimantic. I currently have 4 investment properties in town and have 3 others that I manage for friends (other landlords). I may be able to help you with your situation if you are still in a rut. Shot me a email [email protected] and hopefully I can help you.
