Dawn Anastasi when did you complete your most recent loan with them? What is the rate? Can you share any other details regarding your recent experiences with them?

What did you think about their appraised value? How long did it take?

thanks.

I use dropbox as well. It is great. I had used evernote a couple years ago and it would put a drain on my cell phone battery. It is a great tool and I may need to revisit it.

I too am a fan of getting things done. I was looking at using some mind mapping apps to set up my system. i may need to check out the forums that Lynn referenced.

For what it is worth, I had sent a PM to Blair because he had mentioned that he had wholesaled a property to a buyer in Atlanta area. I wanted to get in contact with that buyer so I asked Blair for an introduction and he provided it very quickly. That was a couple weeks ago.

Blair, thanks for the introduction. I have exchanged a few emails with that buyer. I don't know if anything will develop further, but I appreciate the introduction.

John Mireles Thanks for the feedback. I am aware of the fees, was not clear on length of time for it to get to my bank account. Your feedback is helpful.

Page Huyette how long have you been using freshbooks? How do you like it?

Is anyone currently using Paypal invoices as a way of invoicing and collecting credit card payments from tenants?

I know there have been other threads regarding other payment methods but wondering if anyone has recent experience with paypal invoicing and if so, how quickly the transaction is processed. Any issues with the service?

Bill:

It is my understanding that if martin were to obtain an option to purchase the property, and pay an option fee, he could then assign his option to someone else. In that scenario, he is acting as a principal.

Likewise, he could sign a more traditional purchase and sales agreement and then do a double close with transactional funding.

Those would also be options, in addition to the LLC approach you mentioned.
