If you want your transaction to go smoothly make sure that your real estate agent has experience with these types of homes or can refer another one who does. Also, consider hiring an attorney with experience in this type of real estate transactions as well just in case anything goes wrong during escrow.

There are many factors that go into making an informed decision, and the following tips may help you determine whether or not the deal is worth your time.

1) What is the property's price?
2) What are the monthly payments?
3) What does this property offer in terms of location, size, amenities etc.?
4) What about operating costs like taxes and insurance?
5) Is there any opportunity for growth with this investment?
6) Can I afford to buy this property outright without financing it at all ?
7a ) Can I find other investors who would be willing to team up on this project with me?
7b ) If so, what percentage of ownership should I require as a condition for my investment?
7c ) Can I split the acquisition cost and therefore reduce or eliminate any risks to my personal net worth?
8) What happens if this project fails?
9) Do I have time and resources to devote to this project on an ongoing basis?

If you're looking to start a real estate business, investing in wholesale properties is one of the best ways to go. However, finding good wholesalers can be really tough and time-consuming. One of the best sources where you can get in touch with lots of qualified wholesalers in NY are local real estate investment public groups on Facebook.

The best platform for the tenant to leave a review of rental property is definitely a Facebook page. You can create one and update all the necessary business information. Additionally, you can ask the tenant for the future references to give for prospective tenants.

If you are a host on Airbnb, it is inevitable that you will receive at least one bad review. The problem is that when this happens, this can be detrimental to future reservations because prospective guests may see the bad review and decide not to book your place. One of the ways that worked in my situation was contacting the person via email or phone call and kindly ask that they edit their review. You'll want to make sure that you're polite but firm about your request as people tend to get offended when asked for something like this.

When it comes to real estate investing, there are many ways to find motivated sellers. However, finding those who would entertain a “subject to” deal can be difficult. These individuals want the benefits of owning their own home without having any of the responsibilities that come along with it. Subject-to deals do work very well for both parties, but you need a lot of research and dedication to find sellers for this type of arrangement.

If you're looking to invest in a piece of land, then there are a few things that you need to consider. When buying a plot of land for investment purposes, it's important to know how long the seller has had ownership over the property and if they have any liens on the property. In addition, if the seller is not an individual but an entity such as a corporation or LLC with more than one member, be sure you ask who owns what percentage of shares so that your purchase doesn't violate any restrictions.
