That is what I am funding too. There seems to be steps like 4 an+ 20, many hard money lenders do not do more than 4, even fewer do more than 20. Maybe I have not found the right lender yet

Looks traveling mailbox has a lot less physical addresses. PostScanMail had office close to me (10 miles).

So you use commercial loans only? I do not think you can get conventional financing with a LLC.

There is also keyless door knobs that you can use such as TurboLock TL-99. But that means the tenants have to enter codes for two locks. I guess you can use the same codes for both the knob and deadbolt, many be shorter codes (4 digits only).

I am only using keyless deadbolt so far with non lock knob.

If there is a cheap bluetooth version of the keyless knob I may use that, so the tenants do not have to enter code.
