Tax lien is above mortgage lien. When you foreclosed on the property the mortgage lien is wiped

No title search done when buying? Assume you did properly when buying, and bought title insurance, th3ck to see if your title insurance covers

Thanks for the info, 1-2 days clearance would be attractive and worth paying for.

I see people like signing and that is important. I would like to setup a few templates so I can re-use with changes in a few fields each time, and signing place setup in template.

Next important thing would be maintenance and associated communications. Hope it allows enough storage for pictures and short videos.

$2 per ACH mean* if you have 6 units it will be $12/month, that is the charge for tenant cloud. Wondering which is better.
