I am putting this event together for anyone who wants to mastermind about multi-family, whether you are novice, intermediate or advanced. All is welcomed to collaborate together and discuss multi family real estate. Whether you are a seasoned full time investor or someone (like me) who is aspiring to get free from a W2 and own one's life and get your time and freedom under your control.

If you are an experienced multi family real estate investor would love to have you join us and provide some wisdom.

I would like to mastermind on the below areas but not limited to:

Finding deals

Analyzing deals

Funding

How to build a trustworthy team

Where to get legal documents from

How to work on real estate while working full-time.

Possibly more topics

@Madison Holbrook it depends on if you're referring to single-family or multi-family properties, evaluating them can be slightly different and it also depends on the comfortable that are in the neighborhood and what needs to be done

@Cory Carlson Thank you Cory for the great details. Have you ever thought about Propstream? I just watched a tutorial and it has a skip tracing option that's just a click of a button and it gets the emails and phone numbers, but haven't tried it out myself yet.
