Come network with local real estate investors and play the game Cash Flow. If you have a physical game, please bring it in case we have too many people.

Happy New Year's. Let's start the year off great and on purpose. This month's Multifamily Mastermind will be held at CALCAP Properties, which manages multifamily and single family Investment Properties.

Amy Cooper has graciously offered her space for this month. We will also have our traditional masterminding as well.

Come join us to learn and network with other like- minded people.

I am putting this event together for anyone who wants to mastermind about multi-family, whether you are novice, intermediate or advanced. All is welcomed to collaborate together and discuss multi family real estate. Whether you are a seasoned full time investor or someone (like me) who is aspiring to get free from a W2 and own one's life and get your time and freedom under your control.

If you are an experienced multi family real estate investor would love to have you join us and provide some wisdom.

I would like to mastermind on the below areas but not limited to:

Finding deals

Analyzing deals

Funding

How to build a trustworthy team

Where to get legal documents from

How to work on real estate while working full-time.

Possibly more topics

Here are a couple of questions.

1. What formula do you use for calculating Interior Improvements that will be factored into the Agency debt for multifamily units?

2. What formula do you use for calculating repairs and cap ex reserves NOT factored into the loan for multifamily units?
