Inspiring story. I am a very new investor. I knew nothing of real estate back in December of 2017. I started investing into myself, reading books and blogs, listening to audios, attending the local REIA meeting and I have acquired my first SF investment using creative financing. I love the world of real estate and although I have tons to learn, stories like yours keep me fired up to keep pushing through the resistance and never giving up.

Hello,

I am new to real estate investing. During my research, I came across Turn-Key Investing Companies. Specifically HomeUnion, Norada, and Maverick. I am pondering on using one of these vehicles as my very first investment into the real estate world. Does anyone have any feedback or experience using one of these companies? Based on my research I am leaning towards going with Norada. I have read the best feedback with this firm. Any input would help greatly.

Thanks,

Hello BP,

I am new to the investing world. My focus will be mainly on tax liens and tax deeds. I would like to supplement my FT corporate income with this method of real estate investing. I am in the learning phase currently, with the hopes to attend my first auction soon, whether it be online or in-person at a live auction. I would like tips and advise, if possible, on how to invest in tax deeds remotely, and if a property is won, what would be a great game plan to have/exit strategy. Thank you for the support.
