@Lucia Rushton I’m looking at most 350k price point and 500 cash flow after running al the numbers. I’ve seen some less than 350k in Lubbock cash flowing the same so I hope my numbers are more than reasonable.

Hello, I am a new real estate investor looking to purchase multi family properties in Texas. So far I was told that Lubbock TX would have great cash flowing properties. I ran some numbers based on some properties on Zillow and it looked good. I definitely want to gain some more insight and take a trip to check out Texas soon.

Also, some areas of Dallas as well. I hope to do a house hack using a HFA loan. Is there an agent in Texas that can help me gain some insight on good areas to invest?

Thank you

Hello, looking for a multi-family in Las Vegas or Henderson area. Analyzed a few properties using the rental properties calculator, and so far I have seen some decent cash flowing properties. Looking for more insight on duplexes, triplex, and fourplexes in city. Can someone help me with this information?
