@Chris Carr - I was thinking Chandler, and Surprise. I’m going out there to get a feel for the state, so I know exactly what areas would be best to invest in.

Hi, I am looking to invest in my first property in AZ. I am currently in California. I am looking into AZ because it’s a less expensive market and I’ve been to Vegas but never been to AZ so i wanted at least check it out before i rule it out completely. I did my research on AZ and I’m looking for multi family units with a good or decent cash flow return. If you have any information that would help I would greatly appreciate it thank you.

@Kyle Steiner what attracts me to condos is just breaking into ownership. I need a place to start and this seems like the cheapest route financial without compromising my safety. Hopefully down the line I can base my strategy towards multi-families. It’s all in the air right now I’m doing my research considering my options.

Hello, I have been on this journey of investing, and I am doing my research on various locations. Now I'm looking into condo's in Palmdale. I know nothing about Palmdale, but buying a condo looks like a good option right now. I just want to know the area. The good areas and the bad areas to look out for. Any information on that?

@Steven Foster Wilson thank you! Well if that's the case my student loans are still deferred And hopefully they do not add that to my DTI.

Hello, I recently listened to a discussion regarding DTI ratios, and I did some analyzing. I noticed that I may have a hard time financing property because of my student loans, and car note. I have 2 years left on my car note, but student loans I have not started paying on yet. I'm worried that this is going to make things hard when it comes to investing in a multi family unit with a FHA. Is there any advice anyone could give to better help me qualify for lending. I'm planning on owning my first property in AZ. Thank You!
