@Jonathan Farber - definitely! a cousin of mines told me Texas was a real good place to invest. I plan on making my move out there as well. I want to definitely start off close to California because I plan on moving back once I have the residual income to afford to live where I want to live. Thank You! 

@Luis Vaca The westside okay definitely will take sometime to look in that area. I heard the north is bad, so I know forsure not to look in that area when it comes to Vegas but everywhere else is a blur. Thanks for the insight.

Hello, I am a new member. I've been planning to move out of California to purchase a multi family in either AZ or Las Vegas, NV. I analyzed AZ and got an idea of the different cities and towns in the State, even though I've never been. I've been to Vegas numerous time, and still do not know the good and bad areas. Can anyone give me their opinion of where the best option would be to invest in?
