l took a real estate course just for the knowlege to sale my own houses not to work for a real estate co. Owners can sale their own property. This way you don't need a broker. Use a title company. Save big bucks

The MPI is only .85 shouldn't be a big effect on rent. CAPEX basicly maintenance runs around 5-10 % per year.

My understanding is PMI are not for FHA federal loans the P stands for private conventional loans. FHA loans are covered by the federal government. Please correct me if l am wrong. Thanks

I guess I'm cheap, l just get the address type in who lives at so and so address most of the time it will give you the last name. Once you get the last name and address it's easy to find who it is. You can always go to city and do a title search, country recorder with the address of the property. Or you can spend $120 bucks a year.

We could see the supply chain being disrupted. Which could effect Lowe's and other home supplies in the next two months. Global monetary system could be effected if stock markets start to close. I think we could come out of this with no effect, but on the other hand it could have a world wide effect. Let hope for the best.

We could see some shortages in by April or Ma. Many of the factories in China are closed. Things like facets, tools, toilets  etc may be hard to get as stock gets used up.

Hud has a site list who is auctioning off the property. Most of the time they use a third party to auction them off.
