Has anyone found a resolution to this?  I dont want to post the listings from my personal page for obvious reasons..  Just want to post from my company page.

For those with using Buildium for property management software, do you use Buildium's public site or do you use a website you have made and maintain?

I'm currently using a website that I created 4 years ago, posting vacancies by creating a page and cross linking it to a form in my website for applications.  This is getting very tedious and time consuming. I am by no means good at making websites, I still haven't been able to embed the listings page, apply now, or resident log in buttons to my website.

Just curious what others are doing to make an easier process.

Thanks!

Thanks  for the response!

I'm still new to each software.  Do you have automatic invoices created each month in Quickbooks?

Does anyone here use Buildium for property management and Quickbooks for accounting?  I'm looking to see what everyones workflows are for each month.  I like both products and they both have there place in our business, but looking for a way they can work together more, maybe eliminating the duplicate post each month.

Thanks!

Hello BP,

I'm looking for some advice or ideas from you all.  We are currently at 23 units and that number will hopefully double by Summer.  We have been self managing so far with no real issues.  Have a very trusted and dependable maintenance team member, other than him its just me.  Some of the things I'm looking to offload are maintenance calls, inquires on vacant units and showings. We already prequalify all applicants before we do the showing, eliminating a majority of the tire kickers.

The population of the town we invest in is around 13,000 people, so there isn't much for quality local property management.  While we have been kicking around starting our own firm (currently working on my license), I'm looking for some sort of fix in the mean time.

Has anyone here managed to offload these task without official property management?  If so what did you do?

Thank you!

Do you all have your A/C units looked at/worked on in the spring for preventative maintenance? Didn't know if it would make sense to have them all looked at to hopefully cut down on calls through out the summer. Thanks!
