We are having the caseworkers come out Friday to look at a couple properties. Seems like a decent way to go. Daryl Anderson How common is it that they don't pay the rent on time after the guarantee is gone?

Hello Lincolnites!  

Have any of you had any experience renting to the growing refugee population in in Lincoln through Lutheran Family or Catholic Social Services?  We have been in contact with them and seems like it would be a great market to get into.

Are there and landlords here that wouldn't mind sharing their lease for Nebraska?  I'm trying to compare some and make sure its the strongest lease possible.
