Hello BP!

Purchased our first duplex and was wondering if any of you all use any iPad (or the such). Anything from signing the lease and checklist for moving in/moving out. Also apps like PropertyBuddy, Landlordy.

Hello B Pockets! Ran across the podcast and then got turned onto the website. Just finished "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and I am excited to get some more assets. I currently have one house that I am renting out and looking into getting more. I am excited to learn!
