I am looking for a property manager in Indianapolis that handles apartment complexes with 50-100 units. Does anyone have a recommendation? 

Look at smaller local banks but you have to live in Indy. I have gotten 2 20 year amortized blanket loans from Hendricks County bank loaned directly to our LLC.

If you are willing to get it furnished, I know a property manager that will manage the AirBNB for you. She will get it furnished, set everything up, and manage it. She currently manages two of my properties. Let me know if you would like her contact information.

Yes, I am 1031 exchanging properties from California to Indianapolis.

 Do you know why they don't do this? I am purchasing a property where they are doing this. I want to understand my risk in doing it.

Is there a risk to the end buyer (C) when doing a double closing where they are using the end buyers (C) money to close on the A-B transaction? It seems to me like there would be some risks.
