Look at smaller local banks but you have to live in Indy. I have gotten 2 20 year amortized blanket loans from Hendricks County bank loaned directly to our LLC.

If you are willing to get it furnished, I know a property manager that will manage the AirBNB for you. She will get it furnished, set everything up, and manage it. She currently manages two of my properties. Let me know if you would like her contact information.

@Chavis Kendrick the Chashflow game was created by Robert kiyosaki the guy who wrote Rich Dad Poor Dad. It teaches people about investing. Google search the game and you’ll find a lot of information about it. Hope you can join us some time.

Do you know why they don't do this? I am purchasing a property where they are doing this. I want to understand my risk in doing it.

Is there a risk to the end buyer (C) when doing a double closing where they are using the end buyers (C) money to close on the A-B transaction? It seems to me like there would be some risks.

@Blake Cory most local banks and credit unions will only lend to local investors. But I have heard State Farm Insurance has a loan and their minimum loan amount is $50,000.
