Private money lending

Posted

Good evening. I recently posted about looking for financing through banks. Does anyone on here use a private money lender for long term loans, or know of a private money lender that would lend long term for buy and hold properties? I have 5 properties in Indianapolis that are either rented out or close to completion and will be rented out. The issue I have with conventional banks is that they look at the credit report and come back with debt to income issues and won’t take into account that there are leases in place for the mortgages. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
