@Rosalia Baviera I assume you mean they can only challenge if they were NOT notified properly? Do you have experience buying at tax sales? I'm having title work done now on several that I'm interested in bidding on at a sale coming up in a few weeks. My first one.

@Jim M. welcome to BP!

Check out Josh & Brandon's weekly podcasts (link under the Learn tab at the top of this page). Great to keep ideas generating.

@John Lopes Welcome to BP. I've found great resources here. If you do any traveling/driving, check out Josh and Brandon's podcast (under the Learn tab at the top of the page). Great resource to keep your mind "engaged" in learning and creating opportunities. I look forward to trips now because it's when I take time to listen.

If you get up to the Harrisburg PA area and south, let me know. I've been enjoying connecting with new folks regarding RE investing. Having a blast!

I'm looking to get together with others in the south central PA area just getting into RE investing or looking to get into it. I'm enjoying sharing about what I've done and hearing ideas and feedback from others. Getting involved in local CARPOA, LIMG Hbg, or REI York are great resources. Would be happy to get together one-on-one as well.

@Anthony Favoroso Harrisburg is a bit farther south, but my area of expertise. One of my partners on a couple deals here is from Staten Island. Let me know if you're interested in any more details on the Harrisburg area.

@Geraldine Pacheco welcome to BP!

Check out Josh & Brandon's weekly podcasts (link under the Learn tab at the top of this page). I download them and listen on my way to and from work each week. Great to keep ideas generating.

Are you ever down in the Harrisburg area? Would love to get together. I've been networking with some other BP members I've found here in the central PA area.

@Douglas Larson@Douglas Larson agreed re: the need that the BP podcast has filled.

This was great discussion, I've been listening to TRG for a month or 2 now, seemed to me content and guests have been top quality and I've found the info very helpful, but a different approach from Josh and Brandon.

@Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner , one of these days I'll post feedback in the Podcast comments, but I've listened to 20 or so of your podcasts probably, and really appreciate them. Sometimes a little hokey :o), but ALWAYS excellent information!

@Noel Rodriguez welcome to BP, let me know if you're interested in looking in the Harrisburg area - my neck of the woods.

@John Moore I checked out your website, but didn't see anything about "rehabs." Do you do any work on properties that would potentially make good vacation rentals? I've been casually looking for such a property for a couple years, Poconos would be ideal for us.

@Jimmy S. are you near the Lehighton or Jim Thorpe areas?

Thanks all for the discussion and feedback, very helpful for me as this issue just recently surfaced for us. Sounds to me like either way is appropriate, there are valid arguments both ways, it completely depends on what you negotiate with your PM.

@David Krulac

Thanks, David. I believe we've met at CARPOA.
