Bucks County PA Looking to begin Rehabbing

I am a licensed general contractor and am also working on my real estate license. I haven't done any flips yet but have been learning as much as I can as I prepare to begin. I read J Scott's book on flipping and that really made me more comfortable with the process. I would like to do some more work with investors and that's what brought me here!
