I have been interested in investing for awhile now and decided it is time to get going.

Looking to work with others interested in the same thing.

For the short term I am interested in doing flips but want to do buy and holds also.

@Brandon Turner thanks for the information. I was wondering about stating how much money but didn't want people to think I had more than I do. I know some about vetting but also figured I would ask people here if they knew or worked with a person before it got to far. I didn't know there was a BP meetup in Olympia. Thanks for that.

I realize I should say I am interested in working with people in the Tacoma area as far out as Aberdeen, Tenino and Yelm.

I have 40,000.00 that I am interested in using to partner with experienced flippers. 

@Brian Faeth what amount are you looking for. If the deal is right may be willing to partner.

You looking at 40500.00? What would the return be? and how soon?

I could not do the full 70 but if you find someone for a part of it would be willing to do 40000.00.

Depending on the age of the house if asbestos or oil tank remediation has been done.
