Welcome to BP. This is a great resource for learning about all aspects of real estate investing. Everyone here, can assist you.

I would not was your money on that work shop.  You should go to the REIN meetings in Nashville. At the meeting you meet other investors, you can ask them questions, make great contacts. I'm a REIN member.

There website is www.reintn.org/.

Wish you great success!

George

I forgot to mention, your giving them an extra $5,000. You can keep it at $95,000 and give them less a month.

Hi there,  you do not need to talk about interest rate. You need to find how much a month they would like. Example $800.00 a month. Let me give you an example: If they wanted $95,000 for the house and you plan on renting it, with rentals in that area are around $1100 -$1300 a month, your put down $20,000 and pay $800.00 a month for 100 months.

I hope that option helps. G

Hi Dennis, the rehab queen ( Robyn T.) stated, when you have a bundle deal like yours, do each one individual. Just thought I would pass that along. You do what is best for you. I can not give you my own suggestion, because I never had a multiple property deal. Good luck, maybe someone else can help you.
