the fact that you were lucky and didn't know that prices were going up and up, it doesn't mean that anybody can "see it actually happening"

HE doubled in 2 years!!!

2- Doubling the money in 4 years , is also great, maybe you do it in 2, 3 or 4 years, or maybe triple

there are many markets that we can that are going to double 1n  a short time 2 to 4 years and maybe triple

you have to "See it"

I am looking for something like that, and I believe that is going to up double in value in few years

if you have a market that will double  Why to work for pennies like 100$ dollar cash flow if you can double?

and yes, the question is which markets can go up 100% like in 2 years

Don't worry David, I don't care about the agenda that some Moderators and/or some  posters may have 

There is not only 1 way in RE (the conservative), I think that  part  or a RE  portfolio should be in more agressive markets

These places in South America they had a downturn like 2001 , 2002 Prices started picking up in 2004 or 2005, and then in some places in 2009, others 2010, they went up like crazy

iow they were dormant until they start the run up of prices, and you could see many signs of this recovery

You would have made a fortune coming in ,almost any time, 2004 and up until NOW

My Grandma made 7 digits

In Miami, we know that was different, after 2008 crash, Mexico also because the earthquake
