There's more than one way to sell your portfolio. It all depends on what your needs are. If you are looking to sell as a package it would have to, in most cases, make sense for the buyer as well.

You could look to sell them in the marketplace as Mahmoud expressed earlier, market the properties to a specific target audience online using FB or Google Ads, find a company to assist you with selling off the properties (calling different brokerages in the area), sell them to a hedge fund if you're able to find one (google and call), or attend your local REIA and present the portfolio there.

I wouldn't say there is a best way, but I can assure you there is a way. Hope this helps.

Awesome stuff. Congrats!

I'd say both. If you're able to find a great agent/agents to work with that can bring you properties that fit your criteria you should work with them. You can also learn how to find deals on your own. It all depends on your goals.

Good stuff. Keep on making offers. I don't even waste time giving an explanation anymore. You were correct to inform the seller your offer still stands if they decide to change their mind. Don't let it bother you. Keep getting yourself in front of people who are looking to sell. Eventually you're going to come across that person that's looking for you.
