when the bank found out she was tenant instead of owner living there, they gave her 30 days notice.

A neighbor that rents the next door town home an just found out that her landlord just got foreclosed on. She received no notice. 2 people came an tried to drill her locks. She found out there are 2 mortgages and the second foreclosed. Now they are asking if she can move out tomorrow. What rights do they have? Any suggestions?
