Hi everyone, I begin analyzing a couple of properties I've found in the Tallahassee area but I am struggling with coming up with the repair / rehab cost. Can someone recommend a good contractor who can help determine rehab cost? Also I'm looking for a female investor who can give me some insight on the challenges she faced getting started in this man dominant arena. Thanks a bunch!
