What do you mean by email service providers? You can usually sign up for G-suite (Google) for $5 per month through your host and have email at your name (at) domain (dot) com It's very convenient and user friendly of course.

I don't know about direct mail, but these companies for email campaigns are the best currently.

The BBB gives them an F scorecard. BBB has determined that this company is not located at the address listed in its Business Profile. The business is reporting an office address of 5700 Westpark Dr, Chralotte NC 28217. However, this address belongs to a hotel.

Totally useful and could be automated. Saving the property manager a lot of time and money.

Chatbots could be used to pay the rent. Tell the landlord about maintenance issues. Landlord could issue updates to the tenants. Chatbots could gather leads and tell a prospect about the properties features. These are some of my ideas. I'm currently building them. Any other ideas for chatbots in real estate?

I'd recommend making a spreadsheet and see if that helps.
