Hey Shane, lots of folks have made millions investing in mobile homes. I'd suggest going to Youtube and searching things like,  Mobile Home Investing 101, mobile home flipping, etc. and taking a dive in whatever you find there. Go to instagram and look for accounts posting with #mobilehomeinvesting as a hashtag. Go to Amazon and type, mobile home investing. Some great resources on there, you just have to look. Way easier to get into from my opinion over the other industries.

There is also some great sites and youtube channels. EZ Homes University, Mobile Home Elite, etc :)

Alvonta - absolutely. There are hundreds of wholesale mobile home buyers all across the US. Entire multi-million dollar businesses have been built around the wholesale industry. The caveat is that you want to find the right people who can help you build relationships with parks instead of against them.

Try "Mhome buyers .com" or "mobile home sell .com" The both do the same thing. Diana's above looks like a great fit as well :)

It all depends on who you are buying through. If your independent, promissory notes are ok but not ideal. But sometimes may be the only option. 

I think the best bet is to find national buyers and plug into their network. If they have the right software you can post pictures and offering price, get offers before you even buy.

Mobile homes are absolutely profitable. It really comes down to network sizes. How fast can you buy and sell? Some companies have small networks so that even if you bought them, it could take months to sell. 

If you find the right network with the right software, you can be plugged in, and selling mobile homes before you even buy them. That has been the goal for us at EZ Homes LLC. It took some large investments up front but we have created a great process with buyers across the country.

It's a matter of, how cheap and how fast can you buy? 

Ethics always plays a role in any transaction. How much is it worth? We have found, others in our industry, that you focus on the value of the home to the seller and make sure it's mutually beneficial. In this market, trust is a HUGE factor. You don't want to be fighting with parks and owners 2 months in because they backed out due to trust issues with your process.

I agree with what's already been said. Start with places like Mobile Home University. Contact @John Fesko here. Also in terms of books and resources, there are a considerable amount of sites out there. Google Trends is indicating that mobile home information on Youtube is up 5x was it was last year. 

Just to say, it is a rising trend so more and more resources are coming available each passing day for those of us who invest in them. A great market.
