Hey Dan,

Grand Blanc real estate market has continued to be the dominating strong point in Genesee County. Between Fenton and GB, expansion continues both in land development and market value. With both a hospital and one of the top performing schools in the state, it continues to bring people from Oakland County looking for a slightly smaller pace with all the modern conveniences.

The market fluctuates like any, but with recent downtown developments, and new businesses braking ground on a monthly basis, now is as good a time as any to jump in.

Just my thoughts :)

Bill, I think it entirely depends on the location first. Is the population on a decline or increase in the cities and surrounding communities? Also knowledge of growing and upcoming community building projects can help predict market trends for MHP increases.

One way to check population trends is just google, "City + State + Population" and you will see graphs now showing those trends. If it's an increase, all sorts of options are available to move forward. If its on a decrease you have to do some more market research.

You can find mobile home buyers who are able to sell, buy and move mobile homes to and from old and new parks. Just a quick google search for mobile home buyers came up with these two options. You may have to do more research yourself though.

Hope that helps. But if you get the right buyer and seller you can absolutely transform a park.
