Is there a way you can wholesale mobile homes? Would you use the same process and paper work as if you were wholesaling a residential property? Need help with this process

Alvonta - absolutely. There are hundreds of wholesale mobile home buyers all across the US. Entire multi-million dollar businesses have been built around the wholesale industry. The caveat is that you want to find the right people who can help you build relationships with parks instead of against them.
