Mobile home investing

Shane Titchenell
Posted

I’d like to hear some thoughts on mobile home investing. Who has bought and either flipped or rented out mobile homes, was it a good investment, did it have good cash flow ? Would you recommend it to someone who is new to real estate and just trying to get their feet wet ? Would you suggest sticking to regular homes ?

@Shane Titchenell I've been in the mobile home investing space for awhile (over a decade). It definitely has its ups and downs. If you're just starting out, it's best to read up all you can on the subject. If it's something you want to pursue, you may want to start out with a small deal before you go on to larger ones. This way you can see if it's something you like and want to pursue or not. Hope that helps!
